A web application consists of various components, some of which are visible to the user while others are not. Backend in particular is the part of the application, that is not seen by the user, which often results in clients not understanding its purpose.
What is Backend?
Put simply, backend is the part of web applications that serves for administration and data processing. As such, it consists of two main components - one deals with the basic server logic of the app and the code itself. The other serves a data processing function and handles user data, public messages, emails, files and similar.
Our backend developers mostly work with the PHP programming language which operates on the server side and enables saving and changing web page data. Seldom used is also a package of technologies in software products known as .NET.
