Knowing one's target audience is a key principle when creating a marketing strategy. In case the client has not defined a target audience himself, we handle this step ourselves and based on the performed segmentation we select one or multiple targeted market groups to be focused on when setting up the promotional campaign.
Once a target audience has been defined we move forward with creating 2-3 personas. Personas are imaginary customer profiles that represent the target market. Based on them it is possible to predict the behavior of potential customers. The main objective is to set up the marketing campaign so that its visuals and content engage the attention of the defined target audience and guide them to the desired outcome (purchase, registration, ...).
